We are captivated by the countless lakes, rivers, and seas in and around Hamburg. It’s been over a year since we set out to explore the region’s most pristine waters for Take Me to the Lakes – Hamburg Edition. Karo and Nils divulge their favourites. “Personally, I was really smitten by two holiday homes on the Danish island Møn. Both Birkedal and Black+Bright’s stunning architecture is complemented by playful floor plans and tasteful décor, all of which are definitely worth the drive.” Karo explains. “And I would always recommend Westerdeich 22 in Vollerwiek for a weekend getaway—the North Sea is just 200 metres from the house.”
