Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
Customers have a right of withdrawal subject to the following stipulation. In this context ‘Customer’ means any natural person carrying out a legally binding transaction which is not predominantly part of their trade or free-lance business.
The right of withdrawal is explained in paragraph 3 of our Terms & Conditions.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days and without the obligation of giving any reasons.
The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the date when, in case of several deliveries, either you or a third party, who you have personally named and who is not the carrier, have taken ownership of the last delivered item.
The deadline is valid from the date when either you or a third party, who you have personally named and who is not the carrier, have taken ownership of the last delivered item or the last part of the delivery or the last delivered piece in a series of goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you need to inform us by stating clearly (for example, by post, fax or e-mail) your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the accompanying ‘Declaration of Withdrawal’ form (optional).

In order to comply with the deadline it is enough to send the declaration of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer has to deliver items which have been produced according to customer specifications or have been customised to his personal requirements.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we will have to return promptly all payments which we have received from you including delivery charges (except additional costs arising from you choosing a delivery option which is different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days starting with the date when we have received your declaration of withdrawal. For this refund we will use the same payment method which you have used for your original transaction unless agreed otherwise; this return payment will not be charged in any way. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returns or until you can provide evidence that you have posted the returns whichever is the earliest.
You have to return or hand back the goods promptly but not later than 14 days from the date when you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. In order to comply with the deadline you need to send the goods before the period of 14 days has elapsed. You are required to meet the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You will only be required to compensate for loss of value if this loss results from you handling the goods in inappropriate or unnecessary ways when checking the condition, properties and functions of the goods.
